Insights

Outlier Patent Attorneys announces that it has become a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). This is a major milestone for the firm, which has long been committed to serving the Asian Pacific American community. Joining NAPABA will allow Outlier Attorneys to connect with other legal professionals and organizations who share its commitment to diversity and inclusion.

What is NAPABA

The National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) is a professional organization that represents the interests of Asian American and Pacific Islander attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students. NAPABA also works to promote the professional development of its members and to advocate for equality and opportunity for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the legal profession. Founded in 1987, NAPABA has grown to become one of the largest minority bar associations in the United States. NAPABA works closely with other bar associations, law firms, corporate legal departments, and law schools to promote diversity in the legal profession and to ensure that Asian American and Pacific Islander attorneys have a seat at the table. In addition to its advocacy work, NAPABA also provides educational programming and networking opportunities for its members. Additionally, NAPABA provides access to job opportunities, networking events, CLE programs, and publications. By joining NAPABA, law firms and attorneys can show their commitment to diversity and inclusion, while also gaining valuable resources and benefits.

Why did we join NAPABA

We joined NAPABA to show our commitment to diversity and inclusion. But we gain valuable resources and benefits. NAPABA provides its members with a range of resources to help them grow their businesses and careers. One of the most important is the NAPABA Business Directory, which helps connect businesses with potential clients and customers. The directory is searchable by location, type of business, and keywords, making it easy for users to find the right businesses for their needs. In addition, NAPABA offers a variety of networking opportunities, both online and in person. These events provide members with a chance to meet other business owners and professionals, exchange ideas and advice, and build relationships that can lead to new business opportunities. Finally, NAPABA provides members with access to a wide range of educational resources, including webinars, podcasts, articles, and more. These resources can help members learn about various aspects of running a business or advancing their careers. By providing these resources, NAPABA helps its members grow their businesses and careers.
