Expertise: Patent Licensing and Agreements

Vince has extensive experience in managing and negotiating patent risks via agreements and litigation.  As in-house counsel at Bissell, Perrigo, and Mars/Wrigley Jr., Vince, has drafted and prepared licensing agreements and opinions, with particular attention to IP provisions; prepared contracts including: technology transfer agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, joint development agreements, and co-manufacturing agreements.  He has prepared contracts including: letters of intent, master service agreements and supply agreements, software as a service (SaaS), licensing agreements, development agreements, non-disclosure agreements and related exhibits.

Vince has a Bachelors of Science degree, and a Masters of Science degree from University of Illinois.  Additionally, he has a Juris Doctorate degree from Northern Illinois University and a Masters of Law - Intellectual Property from UIC John Marshall School of Law.
